How multiple lines works

Calls, texts and Mia on every line use the normal rates. If the balance can't cover a renewal, that line pauses and is retried daily. Plans are $19.99 a month or $99.99 a year with a 3-day free trial, and start with 100 credits, once. Credits don’t refill each month; packs start at $4.99. See all rates.

Get more out of multiple lines

  • Add a line for each thing customers think of separately, not for every service you offer.
  • Pick colors you can tell apart at a glance on the lock screen.
  • Set your default outgoing line to the one you call from most, and switch per call when you need to.
  • Pause a seasonal line instead of removing it, so you keep the number for next season.
  • Keep enough credits for renewals. The low-credit alert warns you before a line can pause.

You choose a default for outgoing calls and texts, and can switch per call.
What if I run out of credits?
Extra lines pause and retry daily. They turn back on once paid. A line still unpaid shortly before the next monthly carrier charge, at the start of the month, is released.
