Get more out of business texting

  • Say who you are in the first text. A business name builds trust and keeps carriers happy.
  • Customers can reply STOP or HELP. Respect a STOP and don't text that person again.
  • Itemize quotes. Customers say YES faster when they can see what they're paying for.
  • Tap On my way as you leave, not when you arrive. That's when customers want to know.
  • Pictures cost more than texts. Send the one photo that matters, not the whole roll.

How much does a text cost?
8 credits to send, 7 to receive. Pictures are 22 to send and 13 to receive.
Why does texting say 'registering' at first?
Carriers approve business texting for each new number. The app shows the status until it's live.
Can customers reply STOP?
Yes. Program messages honor STOP and HELP.
How do quotes work?
Pick items from Mia's price list and send. The customer sees each item and the total. If they reply YES or Y within 7 days, the quote is marked accepted and you get a notification.
Does On my way share my location all the time?
No. Live location is optional and only for that trip. The customer can see it until you stop sharing, and nothing is stored.
Can I text a group?
